The supermodel and former A Model Life star and Chaplin became the fourth couple ousted from the competition based on the combination of the Dancing with the Stars judges' scores they had received during Monday night's performance show and the home viewer votes that were cast afterwards.

"It's been a life changing journey for me and I made amazing friends. Dmitry put up with me for two months... It's been a life changing journey not just for me, but also so many people got inspired because of the Dancing with the Stars show. I started to do dance-a-thons at schools to fundraise for Happy Hearts Foundation and changed the lives of so many children around the world," Nemcova said following her ouster.

"Honestly, I'm really proud of Petra, because she's come such a long way. You guys should have seen her taking first steps the first day," Chaplin added.

Nemcova and Chaplin had finished tied for sixth -- and last -- place on the judges' leaderboard with couples Kendra and former The Girls Next Door star Kendra Wilkinson and partner Louis van Amstel and actor Ralph Macchio and partner Karina Smirnoff after all three couples received 22 out of 30 possible points from Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli on Monday night.

Nemcova and Chaplin had performed a quickstep routine. Wilkinson and van Amstel had danced a foxtrot, and Macchio and Smirnoff had performed a samba routine.

WWE wrestler Chris Jericho and partner Cheryl Burke were the other couple still in danger of elimination prior to Nemcova and Chaplin's ouster, however Dancing with the Stars host Tom Bergeron noted they were not necessarily the other couple in the bottom two based on the combination of the judges' scoring and home viewer votes from Monday night's performance show.

Second place on the judges' leaderboard had also represented a tie between Jericho and Burke and two other couples: Disney Channel star Chelsea Kane and partner Mark Ballas and rapper Romeo and partner Chelsie Hightower.

All three couples had earned 26 points from the judges. Jericho and Burke had performed a Viennese waltz, while Kane and Ballas had danced a samba and Romeo and Hightower had performed a foxtrot.

NFL football star Hines Ward and professional partner Kym Johnson had finished at the top of the judges' leaderboard in first place for the third time in five weeks after they had performed a rumba which received 27 points from the judges.

Actress and former Kirstie Alley's Big Life star Kirstie Alley and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy had finished in fifth place on the judges' leaderboard after they had performed a foxtrot which earned them 23 points from the judges.
