Claudia Jordan will reportedly depart "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."

The 42-year-old reality star joined the Bravo series in Season 7, and will not return as a regular on Season 8. Sources told Us Weekly the television personality may make occasional appearances.

Some speculate Jordan's departure is due to her feud with castmate NeNe Leakes, but an insider told E! News the co-stars' conflict had nothing to do with the reality star leaving. Season 8 will begin filming in July.

Jordan came to fame as a beauty pageant contestant and served as a model on "The Price is Right" and "Deal or No Deal." She also competed on two seasons of "The Celebrity Apprentice" and has guest hosted such television shows as "Extra."

Several women will reportedly exit the various "The Real Housewives" series, including Brandi Glanville and Kim Richards of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Other titles in the franchise include "The Real Housewives of Orange County" and "The Real Housewives of New Jersey."
