Celebrity Big Brother evicted former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville and Big Time Rush singer James Maslow from the Big Brother house during Friday night's special live double-eviction broadcast on CBS.

Brandi, the fifth celebrity eliminated from the competition, was evicted from the Big Brother house over actress Marissa Jaret Winokur via a 3-1 vote after the pair were nominated for eviction by Sugar Ray singer Mark McGrath.

Mark had initially nominated Miss Universe 2015 Ariadna Gutierrez for eviction alongside Brandi, however Ariadna won the game's subsequent Power of Veto competition and took herself off the chopping block, resulting in Mark nominating Marissa as a replacement nominee.

James, entertainment reporter Ross Mathews, and former The Apprentice contestant and White House staffer Omarosa Manigault James all voted to eviction Brandi. Only Ariadna -- Brandi's closest ally in the house -- voted to evict Marissa. As the reigning HoH, Mark was only eligible to vote in the event of a 2-2 tie.

After Brandi's eviction, Celebrity Big Brother's six remaining houseguests -- minus Mark, who as the outgoing HoH, was ineligible to compete -- participated in the season's sixth Head of Household competition.

Omarosa won the HoH competition in a tiebreaker over James.  Afterward, she nominated Ross and Marissa for eviction. However, Ross then won the Power of Veto competition and opted to remove himself from the chopping block, resulting in Omarosa nominating James for eviction in his place.

During his final plea opportunity, James  attempted to convince the houseguests to vote off Marissa because she would be unbeatable in the season's Final 2 jury vote.  However, Marissa countered that James was a huge competition threat and the houseguests would not even get to the Final 2 if James remained in the Big Brother house.

When the houseguests voted, Mark remained loyal to James -- his closest ally in the game -- and voted to evict Marissa.  However, Ross and Ariadna both opted to vote to evict James, resulting in the Big Time Rush singer being evicted by a 2-1 vote.

Celebrity Big Brother's special live two-hour finale will air Sunday, February 25 at 8PM ET/PT on CBS and begin with the five remaining houseguests (minus Omarosa) competing to be the season's penultimate HoH.

After another eviction, the four remaining houseguests will all then compete in Celebrity Big Brother's final Head of Household competition which will allow the winner to single-handedly evict two houseguests and determine which houseguest will join them in the Final 2 jury vote.

"Those four will compete live to in one competition to become the last and most powerful Head of Household in the history of Big Brother," Big Brother host Julie Chen announced to the surprised houseguests during Friday's CBS broadcast.

"That is because this HoH will immediately evict two houseguests... and in doing so that person is choosing who he or she will sitting next to when the jury votes for the first-ever winner of Celebrity Big Brother."
