America's Culinary Cup will air on Wednesday nights at 9:30PM ET/PT after Survivor's milestone 50th season instead of a new season of The Amazing Race. (Survivor 49 and The Amazing Race 38 are set to air back-to-back on CBS this fall).
Although Survivor episodes will be 90 minutes in Spring 2026, America's Culinary Cup will only air one-hour broadcasts each week.
Hollywood Squares will then air after America's Culinary Cup at 10:30PM ET/PT on CBS.
CBS made the scheduling announcement when unveiling the network's 2025-2026 primetime programming lineup, but a specific premiere date for America's Culinary Cup has yet to be disclosed.
Padma will serve as the host and judge of this new culinary showdown featuring a cast of the nation's most decorated chefs.
The chefs will "embark on a one-of-a-kind, high-stakes competition designed to challenge their creativity, endurance, presentation, leadership and more," according to CBS.
America's Culinary Cup was also created and will be executive produced by Padma for Delicious Entertainment. The new series will be executive produced by Susan Rovner for Aha Studios.
CBS announced it had ordered America's Culinary Cup in April.
"We're inviting elite chefs from across the country to represent their unique culinary style and battle it out," Padma said in a statement at the time.
"This competition echoes the thrill of sports and the American spirit as we cheer on our favorite chefs. I'm very excited to work with CBS and partner with Susan on America's Culinary Cup."
Padma is already the creator, host, and executive producer of the Hulu series Taste the Nation.
