Caitlyn Jenner's upcoming memoir may wedge even more of a gap between the Kardashian ladies and herself.

After reading an advance copy of Caitlyn's new book The Secrets of My Life, the Kardashian family is "upset," Us Weekly reported.

Since transitioning from Bruce Jenner into the strong and confident Caitlyn Jenner, Caitlyn has admitted she no longer feels close with her stepdaughters Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian.

"We have certainly have grown apart," Caitlyn told Khloe on a recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

"Day after day, after month after month, nobody calls. Nobody checks in, just, 'Hey how are you doing?' You can't help but sit there and think, 'Okay, is it because I transitioned? They don't like me anymore?' I want to know what I did wrong."

While the Kardashians initially expressed support and pride in Caitlyn's transgender transition, there was tension over the way Caitlyn talked about their mother -- and Caitlyn's ex-wife -- Kris Jenner in her June 2015 Vanity Fair cover story. And now, Caitlyn's tell-all memoir will be hitting shelves April 25.

The family is reportedly frustrated Caitlyn did not disclose the book's contents to them ahead of time. According to Us, one of Caitlyn's claims in her memoir is that 61-year-old Kris "made her suppress her true self" during their marriage.

(Kris and Caitlyn wed in 1991 and welcomed Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner together before the momager filed for divorce in September 2014).

"Cait's talking about the family but didn't speak to them first, just like she did with the Vanity Fair interview," the insider explained. "They're tired of being caught off guard."

Kourtney, Kim and Khloe allegedly "want Caitlyn to be happy and share her experience," said the insider, but the girls want Caitlyn to "also to be sensitive to Kris," who was shown venting in a preview clip for the next April 23 Keeping Up with the Kardashians episode how she's always portrayed as "a bitch and an assh-le."

"None of it makes sense," Kris says of Caitlyn's memoir in the KUWTK preview.

"Everything she says is all made up... I've done nothing but open up my home and my heart to a person who doesn't give a sh-t. So, I'm done. I've never been so angry and disappointed in somebody in my whole life. I'm done. Done! Dunzo. Sorry."

The Secrets of My Life is reportedly "the last straw" for Khloe, who felt the need to "protect" her mother when the Vanity Fair article came out and naturally distanced herself from Caitlyn, 67.

The insider told Us of the Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian host, "Khloe doesn't identify with this person who seems to have stopped caring for the family."

However, a source close to Caitlyn insisted to the magazine that "she loves the Kardashians" and has never stopped caring for them.
