Although Bruce Jenner's interview with Diane Sawyer has yet to air, his transition into womanhood has pretty much been confirmed.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and thrice-married father of six was spotted wearing a floor-length, horizontal-striped maxi dress on Tuesday while smoking a cigarette outside his Malibu home, the New York Daily News reported.

Jenner, a 65-year-old former Olympic athlete, was photographed on his mansion's patio in the long-sleeve black and white dress, which also featured a slit starting at the knee.

Jenner walked around his property and the wind caught the bottom of his dress, revealing what appeared to be black flats on his feet, according to the Daily News.

The maxi dress serves as major evidence that the media has been correct for months about Jenner's gender transformation. Over time, he's been seen in public with painted fingernails, lipstick and long hair. Reports had even circulated he underwent a procedure to shave down his Adam's apple.

On Monday, another telling photo of Jenner had surfaced in which he seemed to be wearing a sports bra while going for a ride on his Harley Davidson motorcycle. The look has people speculating whether he's already gotten breast implants.

The pictures are a great lead-in to Friday night's special 20/20 episode called Bruce Jenner: The Interview in which he'll sit down with Sawyer. It's widely believed Jenner will openly discuss in detail his desire to become a woman for the first time. His sons Brandon and Brody will appear in the broadcast as well as his ex-wife Linda Thompson.

Multiple preview clips have been released for the 20/20 interview but they decline to reveal any substantial information.

"My whole life has been getting me ready for this," Jenner was shown telling Sawyer in one clip during which his shoulder-length hair is pulled back into a ponytail. "It made me who I am."

Jenner also noted in a promo he just doesn't want to hurt his family.

TMZ reported that Jenner "views the show as a 'farewell' to Bruce" and will "present himself" as a woman publicly for the first time.

As shown on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Jenner has found a new personal, emotional and financial freedom since divorcing Kris Jenner, his wife of over 22 years, in September 2014. Their divorce became official just last month.
