Brandon Jones has shown The Bachelorette star Michelle Young he's pretty smooth, and she really seems to like him.

Brandon J. is a 26-year-old traveling nurse recruiter from Portland, OR.

Brandon J.'s first conversation with Michelle was on a queen-sized bed, and he told the Bachelorette, "I just wanted to show you kind of what it would be like waking up next to me every morning for the rest of our lives."

Michelle said she wouldn't be able to forget Brandon J., and he continued to make an impression on her.

Although Brandon J. proved on a group date he's not a great speller, he gushed about Michelle's smile when they received a moment alone and said he was going to dream about her.

Michelle laughed at how Brandon J. could be corny, but the suitor assured her that he's "an old soul" and doesn't read "how to get girls" in magazines.

"There were definitely sparks flying with Brandon. He's somebody who I can start to picture a life with," Michelle shared after kissing the suitor.

Michelle decided to give the group-date rose to Brandon, who said Michelle must have seen his "authenticity."

"I am falling for this girl, man. I am falling -- and there is no doubt in my mind," Brandon shared.

Brandon J. has dabbled in different careers and once worked for Nike

Brandon currently works as a vendor staffing specialist at PeaceHealth, a position he started in September 2020.

Prior to his job as a recruiter, Brandon was a talent acquisition coordinator for Nike from January 2020 to June 2020 in Beaverton, OR.

Brandon also held down jobs several years ago as an onsite manager and recruiter for Nike AirMI as well as a social media manager for Riverdale Landscape and a management trainee for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Brandon J. is a self-proclaimed basketball fiend

Brandon J. and Michelle will definitely have a love for basketball in common, and Brandon J. looks forward to maybe playing a little one-on-one with the Bachelorette.

Brandon J. even has a Christmas basketball tradition with his best friend, who once traveled all the way from the UK to uphold their holiday-game tradition.

The Bachelorette bachelor's best friend has four legs

In 2017, Brandon J. wrote on Instagram, "Super Bowl Sunday I was given the opportunity to take home this little guy and became a Dad. Everyone meet Little Mac!.. my new baby."

Brandon J. is dad to a little black-and-white dog named Mac who wears sweaters, has his own little basketball, and drinks milkshakes.

Brandon J. first attended college at Portland Community College, where he studied entrepreneurship from 2012-2014.

Brandon J. then transferred to Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR, in 2014, where he received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management in 2017. He also minored in Entrepreneurship.

The suitor claims he's ready to settle down and start a family

Brandon J. took on a lot of responsibility when he was younger, as he essentially raised his brother because his parents were always gone working.

Until he can have a kid of his own, Brandon J. spoils his nephew, who is also his godson, and believes he's the favorite uncle.

Brandon J. says he's a good listener and communicator as well as comfortable in a leadership position, which would make for a good husband and father. He also apparently thrives when helping others in his personal and professional life.

Brandon J. prides himself on being a fun-loving guy

Brandon tries to live life to the fullest. He once hopped on stage during a Lil Wayne and Drake concert, and he loves the comedic show The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

If Brandon was asked to describe himself in only three words, he would actually choose "fun" as well as truthful and caring.

Brandon wrote in his LinkedIn that he's self-motivates and believes in treating others with respect as well as motivating them.
