The Billy the Exterminator co-star was arrested last week and charged with felony marijuana possession, felony drug paraphernalia possession and a traffic charge, TMZ reported Tuesday.

Bretherton was pulled over on April 10 for a routine traffic stop when Leesville, LA police located a "quantity of suspected marijuana as well as a container that had more suspected marijuana as well as drug paraphernalia," according to TMZ.

Bretherton and his female passenger were both arrested and the reality star was subsequently released on his own recognizance after bond was set at $4,198.

Billy the Exterminator, the second season of A&E's The Exterminators reality series, premiered in March.

Bretherton is the brother of 16-year pest management industry veteran Billy Bretherton, as the two run a pest removal company with Billy's wife Mary and their parents Bill and Donnie.
