Chima Simone still feels Russell Kairouz was responsible for bullying her and several other Big Brother houseguests, however she apparently regrets her choice of words in chastising him for it.

Simone -- who was expelled from the CBS reality show's eleventh season on Saturday night for multtiple rules violations -- has offered an apology to Kairouz for calling the Lebanese-American a "terrorist" during a broadcast earlier this month.

"I am particularly sorry that my words disparaged the regard and respect that should be shown to all cultures, especially the Middle Eastern community in this time of great turmoil within our nations. In describing Russell's abusive, bullying, and threatening actions towards me and other houseguests, I referred to him as a terrorist. I used a phrase that was insensitive given his Middle Eastern descent and I apologize to all who are justifiably offended with my use of that racially charged term," said Simone in a Wednesday email to Hollyscoop.com, the celebrity gossip website she previously worked for as an entertainment reporter.

"As a woman of color, I have experienced racism first hand. I know what it is to be discriminated against so I would never want to inflict that pain onto someone else."

Simone also acknowledged in the email that she will "always stand up" for herself and refused to apologize for her "straightforwardness."

"My sentiments concerning his behavior, however, remain intact," she wrote.  "I do not agree with his antagonistic rampages throughout the house. Russell constantly demoralized many of us on a consistent basis and his conduct was alarming, daunting, and terrifying."

The incident, which was broadcast on Big Brother's August 11 episode, occurred after Simone had urged Kairouz to hurry out of the house's bathroom area.

"We have a little... a little, brave little soldier," responded Kairouz.

"What did you say?" asked Simone.

"A brave little person," answered Kairouz.  "Thinks they're tougher than they really are."

After Simone cursed Kairouz out, he continued to goad her.

"You should have been on America's Top Terrorist!" yelled Simone.

"Oh!  That was funny," responded Kairouz.

"No, but it's true," continued Simone.

"You know what's even better?" asked Kairouz.  "Is that you actually went through with a racist comment, and you offended a whole culture and a whole group of people..."

"You're a terrorist because you're terrorizing everybody in this house!" shouted Simone.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the pot calling the kettle black!" said Kairouz.  "America, guess who it is?  The true racist in the house.  I'm glad you come out as a hypocrite."

Simone's ally Natalie Martinez then attempted to defend Simone, who was alluding to several previous arguments in which Kairouz had aggressively taunted some of the season's other houseguests, including Jeff Schroeder, Lydia Tavera and Ronnie Talbott.

However the incident continued to escalate, with Kairouz and Simone shouting at each other until she eventually told him to "grow a pair and go home" before walking away.

"Fortunately, for me, I do not have to be subjected to those tirades anymore," Simone concluded her email.  "I am going on with my life in the real world. I wish the remaining BB housemates the best of luck!"
