In previews for The Bachelorette's eighteenth season that ABC has teased for weeks, co-host Tayshia Adams -- with co-host Kaitlyn Bristowe by her side -- tells Michelle, "We found something that was actually really alarming."

After multiple folders, a mess papers and apparent lists were shown being spread out onto a bed, Tayshia adds, "Someone is planning out their every move."

"Oh my God," Michelle replies before a scene shows her crying.

An extended preview of the "alarming" scene revealing the bachelor's identity was then released by Good Morning America on Monday ahead of The Bachelorette's two-hour premiere airing on Tuesday, October 19 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.

"So the other day, we went in and popped in on some of the guys and we found a document that had a lot of things about how to act around you, about how not to be a 'villain,'" Tayshia explains on what appears to be Night 1 of the show.

Michelle asks if she had already spoken to this man at the cocktail party, and Kaitlyn proceeds to confirm the man in question is Ryan Fox, a 30-year-old environmental consultant from San Jose, CA.

Meanwhile, Ryan boasts to the men how he had an "amazing" conversation with Michelle and never anticipated it would "go that well."

After hearing the unflattering news, Michelle confronts Ryan and pulls him aside for a chat.

"Tayshia and Kaitlyn said they saw some notes about how to get the most screentime, how to not be the villain, and so the notes are in your room?" Michelle asks the nervous and flustered suitor.

"Mhmm," Ryan responds.

Michelle therefore suggests they should go to his room, look through the notes, and have "an honest and open conversation" about her findings.

"Yeah, open and honest -- let's do it," Ryan says.

The other men could tell Michelle didn't look happy and that her talk with Ryan couldn't have been about something good.

In Ryan's ABC bio for the new The Bachelorette season, Ryan actually confirmed that he "LOVES spreadsheets."

"Ryan is a planner who creates lists for all endeavors he pursues, and that includes his love life," ABC wrote of the controversial suitor.

"He is looking for a woman who checks off all his boxes: intelligent, down to earth, big heart, healthy and a girl-next-door type. Michelle may check all of his boxes, but will he check all of hers?"

Ryan even has a photo of himself on Instagram from this past weekend looking at a giant map of plans.

"A vision without a plan is just a pipe dream," he captioned the image.

The network also revealed that Ryan is compassionate, competitive and motivated, which are qualities Michelle probably appreciates.

The Bachelorette began filming its eighteenth season in late July, and Michelle will be shown meeting 30 diverse and handsome bachelors on Night 1 of the show.
