Bachelor in Paradise bartender Wells Adams has teased the show's new "Paradise Truth Box" and how it's going to impact relationships on the beach.

"The big wrinkle in this season is the 'Paradise Truth Box.' I wonder if people are going to be mad at me. I'm the facilitator of this," Wells admitted during the Friday, October 13 episode of Us Weekly's "Here for the Right Reasons" podcast.

"I am interested to see how the audience and how the cast respond to this."

It appears the "Paradise Truth Box" allowed bachelors and bachelorettes on the beach to write down their thoughts anonymously, without taking any heat or facing direct consequences.

"It's an opportunity for people to say whatever they want without any repercussions, which could be considered what's bad with Twitter," Wells explained.

"You can be a keyboard warrior and stuff, but it also allows people to actually tell their truth, which I think is a very good thing, especially when it comes to wanting to take your relationship to the next level."

The Bachelor in Paradise bartender apparently believed that some good could come out of the new twist.

"It allows people to express liking somebody else without the, 'Oh my god, you're trying to steal my guy thing,'" Wells shared.

"And that can also help create relationships that probably should be and helps dissolve relationships that probably shouldn't be."

Based on a preview of Bachelor in Paradise's upcoming Season 9 episode airing Thursday, October 19, Wells asks everyone to look at the red box on his bar.

"The Truth Box is going to destroy at least one couple," Olivia Lewis says.

A man is then shown smashing the box to the ground, before Aaron Schwartzman takes out a note from inside the box and reads it out loud.

"[Kat Izzo] played [Brayden Bowers]. [Tanner Courtad] should watch out for Kat," Aaron S. read.

When Tanner arrived in Paradise after the first Rose Ceremony of the season, Kat -- who had accepted Brayden's rose and seemed smitten with him -- accepted Tanner's date invitation without hesitancy or any reluctance.

Not only did Kat go on Tanner's date without warning or speaking to Brayden first, but she also boasted about how she had a wonderful time once she returned to the Paradise beach.

"The fact I wasn't thinking about us while I was there [is a problem]," Kat told Brayden.

"I was just happy and enjoying it, and I was really tapped in. I wasn't tapped in at all to what would be happening here between you and I."

Once Kat was done with Brayden, Brayden vented to Bachelor in Paradise cameras about how the bachelorette had allegedly played him and used him for a rose.

Brayden even told Kat that she had made him feel "dirty" and "cheap" like a "wh-re," and he called her a "maneater" behind her back.

By the end of Bachelor in Paradise's third episode that aired last week, the established Paradise couples were Aaron S. and Sam Jeffries, Aven Jones and Kylee Russell, Kat and Tanner, Rachel Recchia and Sean McLaughlin, Aaron Bryant and Eliza Isichei, and Jess Girod and Blake Moynes.

Mercedes Northup was shown trying to choose between Will Urena and newcomer Tyler Norris, and according to Aaron S., Olivia and Peter Cappio had a "surface level" relationship on the beach.
