Bachelor in Paradise rivals Mari Pepin-Solis and Demi Burnett have apparently made up and become friends again since their explosive fight over Kenny Braasch in Mexico.

On Monday night's Bachelor in Paradise episode, Demi made a move on Mari's love interest, Kenny, by baking the bachelor a cake in honor of his 40th birthday.

When Mari spotted Demi and Kenny making out from a distance, she took the delicious-looking chocolate cake and threw it in the beach fire much to the dismay of her Bachelor in Paradise cast members, including Riley Christian, who joked about really wanting a piece of that dessert!

After the Season 7 broadcast aired on ABC, Mari took to Instagram to poke fun at all the drama by posting a photo of herself licking frosting off a blue, white and yellow cake.

The Bachelor alum Chelsea Vaughn pointed out how no caption was necessary, and Mari responded, "Period!"

While Bachelor in Paradise fans may have initially viewed Mari's bold photo as a dig at Demi or a way to spite the sex-positive blonde beauty, Demi actually commented on the photo in a playful and friendly way!

"Riley is somewhere fuming," Demi wrote.

One person commented on how it appears Mari and Demi have made up, and then Mari wrote back to Demi, "Literally, sorry Riley!"

Mari also added a crying-laughing emoticon to her comment to Demi, showing how she's taking things lightly now.

Other Bachelor in Paradise bachelorettes also commented on the post, including Tammy Ly and Tahzjuan Hawkins, who both wrote, "AMAZING."

And Natasha Parker wrote, "Cake by the pound," to which Mari replied, "You know it."

Abigail Heringer called Mari a "queen," and Ivan Hall said Mari's cake play was "legendary."

In a nod to accusations about Mari on the latest episode -- namely that Mari wanted to date Kenny seriously while also having the ability to go out on dates with newcomers -- Jessenia Cruz wrote, "She can have her cake and eat it too."

The Bachelorette's Season 17 star Katie Thurston also called Mari's snarky photo "iconic."

On Bachelor in Paradise, Mari let Kenny know that she wanted to keep her options open before looking to Demi for guidance and support. Demi assured Mari that dating multiple people at once is what Paradise is all about.

But Demi viewed Mari's open mind and heart as "an opportunity" to go for Kenny, whom she considered "so sexy" and hoped to have some fun with.

"I really don't care about how Mari feels about Kenny anymore. All is fair in love and war and I want him, and I will do whatever I need to do," Demi said, before making out with Kenny for the second time.

So not only did Mari throw the cake Demi had made for Kenny in the bonfire by the beach, but Demi and Mari also exchanged some choice words before the second Rose Ceremony of the season.

Mari asked Demi to speak in private, and Mari said she felt "betrayed and hurt" by Demi.

"Are you okay with being his second option? Because minutes before you walked down [with the cake], Kenny said he wanted to f-ck me [over all the other girls in Paradise]," Mari said.

Demi accused Mari of insulting her and being rude, but Mari insisted, "I never would've done that to you."

"Okay, so then hate me!" Demi responded. "I don't care. I don't f-cking care. You are driving me crazy right now!"

Mari called Demi immature, which prompted the blonde bachelorette to counter, "Suck my ass!"

Demi told the cameras, "Mari has her cake and wants to eat it too, and so she threw mine in the fire."

Mari subsequently told Kenny that she wanted to continue their romance, but Kenny, afraid his connection with Mari had become "toxic," decided to go to "The Boom Boom Room" with Demi and then continue pursuing their sexual and fun relationship.

Prior to Bachelor in Paradise, Demi competed for Colton Underwood's heart on The Bachelor's 23rd season in 2019 and Mari appeared on Matt James' edition of The Bachelor earlier this year.

Bachelor in Paradise's next episode is set to air Tuesday, August 31 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.
