Kat recalled how she and Dale got into an explosive fight during a paid boxing event in Las Vegas because she "felt so alone," uncomfortable and ignored.
"One of the things that was said was, 'If you want someone that's going to be obsessed with you, that's not going to be me,'" Kat recalled to co-hosts Charity Lawson and Rachel Recchia on the podcast's Wednesday, January 28 episode.
Kat added, "I didn't say any words throughout the entire fight. I just thought, 'He needs to apologize, he's having a hard moment.' And then I was like, 'I actually do want someone who's obsessed with me, and that's okay."
Kat claimed Dale also told her to "grow the f-ck up" because she was "acting like a child," which made her lose her composure and snap.
"He said, 'You've had unhealthy relationships in the past, maybe you're the problem,'" Kat recalled, complaining about how Dale used her "low moments" in the past against her.
Kat said she and Dale eventually reached "conflict resolution" but she wasn't feeling good about their relationship, and then they celebrated his late-September birthday.
After Dale's birthday, Kat said she brought up Dale potentially moving from New York to be with her in San Diego but they "didn't get anywhere" with the conversation. Kat wondered if Dale's alleged "talk in circles" approach was a form of manipulation.
"I needed to see if this makes sense for me because I don't want to do anything that doesn't have an intentional end. At this point, we weren't growing... I think he started to feel that too," Kat said.
Kat therefore said she had asked Dale for "space" and they ended up spending "a few weeks apart" with the goal of seeing each other in San Diego in the last week of October.
"We checked in weekly-ish, but we weren't broken up yet... We were still together, in a way --publicly, obviously, too," Kat confirmed.

Dale then traveled to San Diego, as planned, in late October and allegedly told Kat, "I love you. I want to be with you. I want this to work.' And I'm like, 'Okay, let's see.'"
Kat said they talked daily for two weeks but Dale was still failing to make her "feel loved." At this point, Kat apparently felt in her heart that their relationship had run its course.
"Then a weekend went by when we barely talked. I felt like I couldn't move on with my life with someone else... because I was tied to this relationship that was in limbo," Kat explained.
That Sunday, Kat decided she was "done" and needed to "move on" with her life -- and so she called Dale to tell him exactly that.
"I called him and we had a talk. I was like, 'This is clearly not working. We want different things in a relationship. You want to still be living in New York... and I want to be close to my partner. I don't know if I can adjust to your lifestyle that you have,'" Kat revealed.
Kat said she told Dale that they just wanted and needed different things in a relationship.
"He's like, 'Yeah, I agree. Everything is good.' He's never had pushback," Kat alleged.

Kat's story then took a turn when she revealed that she had received a text message "the second" she hung up the phone.
"I get a 'hey girly' text from one of my friends who got a 'hey girly' text from someone else," Kat recalled.
Kat said she was told that Dale had slept with another woman the night prior and could provide photo evidence.
Kat told Charity and Rachel that she called Dale back "immediately," demanding to know the truth.

Dale initially denied the claim entirely, saying a girl had tried to hook up with him but nothing happened, according to Kat.
Kat then allegedly received more details and a photo, which prompted her to call Dale again.
At this point, Dale allegedly admitted that he had, in fact, hooked up with a woman but they didn't have sex.
"He lied to me originally and was trying to cover it up," Kat alleged, adding how this betrayal was "embarrassing" and "very hurtful."
Kat then decided to contact the woman directly, and the woman apologized for having had sex with Dale over Halloween weekend, when he and Kat were still technically together.
"I [called Dale and said], 'You will never be able to speak to me again because now, at this point, every single thing that you have said to me has been a lie,'" Kat claimed, adding that she felt validated.
The Bachelor alum added, "I think he probably was not honest with me about other things in the relationship. I mean, I saw so many signs of it. What hurt me so much was the level that he went to be dishonest. I felt like, 'How can someone be so capable of that?'"

"I told him that I knew what he did... and he said, 'I told you we did.' And I go, 'No, sir! You are not going to [gaslight] me,'" Kat claimed.
Kat said she hung up the phone and as Dale continued to call her back, she kept sending him links to therapists.
Since Dale repeatedly reached out after that point, Kat joked about how she sent him "a beautiful dumpster fire" of a text in which she wrote, "The only person you should be calling this morning is your therapist."
"That was our last communication," Kat boasted.
The aesthetic nurse added, "At this point, I'm so grossed out. I was just like, 'You are so fake!'"
Kat concluded that Dale went to press first to share they had broken up and "to clear his image."
