Bachelor in Paradise couple Chris Randone and Krystal Nielson are officially married!

"So this happened last night...officially Husband and Wife! What a day to remember. Thank you to everyone who shared this special day with us!!!" Chris captioned a wedding photo obtained by People Monday on Instagram.

And Krystal wrote alongside the same photo on her own Instagram account, "WE'RE MARRIED!!!"

Chris and Krystal, who got engaged on Season 5 of Bachelor in Paradise last year after having a whirlwind romance, tied the knot in the location where they had enjoyed their first date in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, People reported.

"We are so excited to start this new chapter of our lives together," Krystal told the magazine. "We will have each other's backs forever."

Chris and Krystal, both 31, reportedly exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony officiated by The Bachelor franchise host Chris Harrison at the Vidanta Hotel.

Bachelor Nation's Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon attended the wedding, along with Becca Kufrin and Ben Higgins.

"I've always dreamed of being a husband and a father," Chris said, adding that the couple is excited to start a family in the near future. "And I have the perfect partner by my side."

Chris, a sales trainer, and Krystal, a fitness coach, will reportedly be able to watch their wedding back when it airs during the premiere of Bachelor in Paradise's upcoming sixth season Monday, August 5 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.

Krystal and Chris just celebrated their love with an extravagant, lavish, wedding-like engagement party alongside family and friends in early May at a barn surrounded by lush gardens.

Krystal wore a lace and feathered wedding gown designed by Hayley Paige for the event and Chris sported a nice suit with a light pink shirt.

According to Chris, the event was so posh and over the top, guests wondered whether they had actually been invited to "a surprise wedding," E! News reported at the time.

Although Chris dated Tia Booth on Bachelor in Paradise and Krystal had a brief fling with Kenny King on their season, the pair ended up finding their way to each other.

Chris and Krystal not only left Paradise with each other, but they also managed to rehab their images and reputations after receiving "villain" edits on Becca's The Bachelorette season and Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s The Bachelor edition, respectively.

"I was very thick-skinned and hard-shelled when I got to Paradise," Chris previously told People. "I was not myself. I was trying to act like this tough guy, that I had an ego."

He added, "She pulled me aside and said, 'You need to be more self-aware or you're going to lose friendships here and you're going to lose me.' I realized that this woman came out of nowhere to give me direction. I felt it from her heart and I realized that if I don't change now and be vulnerable, I'm going to lose this incredible woman."

After the fifth-season finale of Bachelor in Paradise aired in 2018, Chris told Us Weekly he pictured marrying Krystal in 2019 or 2020.

"We've had conversations about marriage here in the foreseeable future," Chris said at the time.

"We don't know [a date], but what we do know is that it's definitely something that we want and it's definitely something that I couldn't see myself with any other person."

In October 2018, Krystal and Chris announced they had purchased a home in San Diego, CA, and were moving in together.

Chris admitted to People at the time things had happened "fast" because a few short weeks of dating in Paradise is the "equivalent to months of dating" in the real world.

The pair's YouTube series called Glitter and the Goose then launched in January.
