Bachelor in Paradise couple Becca Kufrin and Thomas Jacobs have doubled down on their commitment to each other with a second engagement.

Thomas, 30, apparently proposed marriage to Becca, 32, in a private and intimate way after they carved a pumpkin for Halloween in their San Diego home.
"We are so excited! It's time we can finally start wedding planning," Becca gushed to the magazine.
"The thought, care and excitement that he put behind his proposal meant the world to me. He prepped for weeks to get it ready, apparently he took pictures of the ring with me in the background and was able to show it to most of our friends and family beforehand so most felt included."
Becca added, "It was so cute to see him in that moment. But I never thought he'd actually propose after I just got done stabbing a pumpkin and had pumpkin guts under my fingernails!"
Becca and Thomas fell for each other on Bachelor in Paradise's seventh season last summer, and they announced their first engagement in the spring after keeping it secret for "a while." The couple then bought their first home together.
Although Becca had proposed marriage to Thomas during a romantic picnic, she was expecting him to return the favor.
"Thomas knows what kind of ring I would like, but I also keep changing my mind. Every time I go on Pinterest, there's something new I like, so it's kind of hard for him to keep up," Becca told BachelorNation.com in a September interview.
"He finally got to the point a week or two ago where he was like, 'Stop telling me if you like anything different because it's done.'"

At the time, Becca believed Thomas had already picked something out.

"I don't know if he's designing it or where he's at in the process... [But] I really like elongated cushions, specifically the Ashoka-cut diamonds that are very antique-looking and kind of art deco. And I am a gold girl. I love gold."
Becca had also made it known she didn't want an extravagant public scene for Thomas' marriage proposal given she's already had two televised engagements to Arie Luyendyk Jr. on The Bachelor's 22nd season and then to Garrett Yrigoyen on The Bachelorette's fourteenth edition, both of which ended.
Becca also told BachelorNation.com last month that she and Thomas would like to tie the knot in the fall because they "both love the chillier weather."
"I don't even know if we'll be able to do next year -- we have so many weddings we are going to that are all over the world, so when are we going to be able to find a time that we can get married?! All of our friends are hogging all the weekends!" Becca said.
Becca shared how she envisions getting married near their home or doing something spontaneous.
"We think we'll do San Diego or we'll just elope. But I told him once we get through the house, we can talk about it. One thing at a time!" Becca revealed.
Thomas had said during an April appearance on the "Click Bait with Bachelor Nation" podcast that he could see himself proposing to Becca by the end of 2022.

Thomas was already sold on marrying Becca in November 2021, when he told Hollywood Life that he was in "the most healthy, normal relationship."
And during an October 2021 episode of the "Talking It Out with Bachelor Nation" podcast, Thomas gushed of Becca, "I don't want to spend my life with anybody else... I wouldn't want to wake up next to anybody else."

On Bachelor in Paradise's seventh-season finale, Becca was shown breaking up with Thomas and crushing his heart before overnight Fantasy Suite dates because, despite having "an incredible start" to a relationship, Becca didn't want to leave The Bachelor franchise for the third time with a man unless she knew everything about him, including how he'd face adversity and real-life challenges.
However, the finale concluded with an update on Becca and Thomas' relationship, revealing how they had reunited after filming ended and were dating, "happy and in love."
During Becca and Thomas' appearance on "Talking It Out" last year, Becca revealed she's the one who tracked down Thomas' phone number and initiated their reunion.
"After we ended things, I think I waited a couple days. I didn't have my phone right away and he didn't have his phone right away, so I think I gave it two days," Becca said.
Becca said she and Thomas met up in San Diego and picked up right where they had left off, and Thomas told Hollywood Life that he had no hesitation or reservations about giving Becca another chance.
Becca also boasted about how Thomas is different from her past relationships.
In addition to saying Thomas is so passionate about their relationship and prepared to fight "tooth and nail" for her, she added, "He is so supportive and he's just funny and quirky in the cutest ways."
"Everything about him, I just felt safe with," Becca continued, "unlike anything I had in the past. I was just like, 'This guy is my guy.'"
Becca even told her mother last year, not long after Paradise ended, that she wanted to marry Thomas, who initially came across like a villain on Katie Thurston's The Bachelorette season.
