Matthew, a 6'4" 24-year-old from Highlands Ranch, CO, landed in the bottom two alongside Mirjana Puhar, a 5'8 1/2" 18-year-old from Charlotte, NC.

"I just let people get in my head," Matthew said following his ouster.

"It's absolutely frustrating going home, but this experience has shined a light on a lot of different places inside myself to kind of show the world what I really think about certain things. This is an awesome opportunity, but it's only a platform for many others to come, and you will absolutely be seeing me again."

The male and female models landed in the bottom two based upon their total combined scores from the challenge, judges and social media.

The challenge required the models to divide themselves into three teams of three and style their own hair and makeup within 30 minutes for an Electric Love Army photo shoot. Marvin Scott Jarrett, the founder of Nylon magazine, as well as Top Model judge Kelly Cutrone deliberated to determine the results.

Shei Phan, Keith Carlos and Adam Smith ended up winning the challenge and a chance to be on Nylon TV.

For the photo shoot, the contestants posed with an "androgynous robot" who was played by Cory Hindorff, the second runner-up of Top Model's twentieth season. Each model's personal heritage played a role in how they were styled for the photo shoot, and they had to pretend to be in love with the robot.

Lenox Tillman, a 5'9 1/2" 19-year-old from Newnan, GA, ended up receiving best photo -- and the highest score -- for the third week in a row. She earned a perfect score of 30 points from judges Tyra Banks, Kelly and Miss J. Alexander; six points from the challenge and a fan vote of 7.9. Lenox's grand total was 43.9 points.

Tyra's call-out order was as follows: Lenox, Will Jardell with 42.1 points, Shei with 38.1 points, Keith with 37.9 points, Adam with 37.70 points, Denzel Wells with 37.2 points, and Raelia Lewis with 36.3 points -- leaving Matthew and Mirjana in the bottom two.

Matthew received 21 points from the judges, eight points from the challenge and a 6.2 fan vote. His total was 35.2 points.

Mirjana earned 24 points from the judges, six points from the challenge and a fan vote of 5.9 points. Her combined score was 35.9.

Tyra reminded Matthew he will enter the second-chance competition in which eliminated models will participate in every photo shoot of the season with the hopes of earning a social-media score high enough to re-enter the original running to become "America's Next Top Model."
