After being nominated for eviction by Janelle Pierzina and Jase Wirey, Big Brother's first ever co-Heads of Household, Alison Irwin became the first houseguest to be evicted from CBS's Big Brother 7: All-Stars house.

Alison was evicted in a 8-2 vote, with Diane Henry (Big Brother 5's second runner-up) and Jennifer "Nakomis" Dedmon (Big Brother 5's third runner-up) being the only two houseguests not to vote for the ouster of the former Big Brother 4 first runner-up.

As in previous Big Brother seasons, neither the current co-Heads of Household nor the two eviction nominees were eligible to vote in the eviction balloting. On Tuesday, Janelle pulled a double whammy by winning the game's Power of Veto competition, however she chose to leave her nominations as they originally stood, leaving both Alison and fellow nominee Danielle Reyes (Big Brother 3's first runner-up) on the chopping block.

Alison, a 25-year-old medical sales representative originally from Meadville, PA and currently residing in Columbus, OH, learned her fate during last night's live Big Brother 7 broadcast. After leaving the house, Alison was interviewed by Julie Chen about her experience.

Once Alison was evicted and interviewed, the remaining houseguests competed in "Alison's Rules," Big Brother 7: All-Stars' second Head of Household competition. As the outgoing HoH's, Janelle and Jase were not eligible to compete. A true/false quiz that tested the houseguests' knowledge about how Alison felt about her fellow All-Stars houseguests, the challenge ended with Kaysar Ridha defeating Nakomis to become the show's second Head Of Household.
