90 Day Fiance star Leida Margaretha has been accused of bullying Eric Rosenbrook's youngest daughter, and Eric is in danger of losing his custody and visitation rights as a result.

Eric's ex-wife Tania recently told police in the Wisconsin city Eric lives that she wants to prevent their 11-year-old daughter Jennica from spending any more time with Eric and Leida because Leida has been bullying the child, according to police reports.

On December 6, Baraboo Police Department Officer Carl Ustupski wrote in an incident report obtained by RadarOnline that Tania visited the police and "said that her other child does not want to go stay with Eric anymore because Leida belittles the child and makes fun of her."

Since Tania said she only has a verbal custody arrangement with Eric rather than a formal one supported by court documents, the officer reportedly told Tania that she has the power to stop her daughter from seeing Eric.

Eric would then be forced to take Tania to court to get formal visitation rights, the officer explained in the report.

Tania also reportedly told Officer Ustupski she no longer wants to allow Eric and Leida access to her property, and doesn't want Eric coming to the front door of her home to pick up the child anymore.

"I advised Tania that she needs to contact the law enforcement agency where she lives and inform them on what is going on and her wishes about Eric staying off her property," the officer wrote.

Tania visited the police station with her eldest daughter Tasha, who is formally known as Nataszia, on December 6 in response to a December 5 incident in which Eric and Leida had called the police to make a harassment report against Tasha.

Officer Ustupski had visited Eric and Leida's home on December 5 in response to Eric's request to file a harassment report against Tasha, according to his incident report.

"Eric advised that Nataszia has been posting things on her social media accounts trying to damage Eric and Leida's reputation," he wrote. "Eric stated that he believes this is defamation of character."

The officer, however, wrote that Tasha never mentioned Leida by last name in her social-media postings.

In addition, he also noticed Tasha's postings mentioned Leida's Instagram account had been suspended for harassment and bullying.

When he asked Eric and Leida about it, he was "advised that was because Leida, in the past, did post things in response to Tasha's post and that is no longer the case."

Eric and Leida were reportedly told by the officer they were just as guilty as Tasha, 19, and all three parties have freedom of speech, but he would contact Tasha about the matter and then left her a voicemail message about it.

According to Officer Ustupski's report, Tasha and Tania then visited him at the station the next day looking to press charges against Eric and Leida, 29, for harassment and defamation to character for their own social-media posts.

"All of the posts were of similar nature to what Eric and Leida informed me that Nataszia was doing to them," he wrote.

"Nataszia advised that this has been bothering her mentally and it sheds a negative image of her to her 'fans.' Nataszia requested that I ask Eric and Leida to quit posting negative stuff about her."

While he believed some of the criteria for defamation was possibly met, the officer advised Tasha that she was just as guilty of defamation as Eric and Leida.

Tasha then told the officer to tell Eric and Leida that she would not make anymore negative postings about them and asked them to do the same in return.

According to Officer Ustupski, he then called Eric and told him Tasha had said she would stop making negative comments about the couple, and Eric told the officer he and Leida would do the same.

Eric was also informed about Tania's request that he stay off her property the potential consequences if he does, and said he understood.

In recent weeks, Tasha has criticized Eric and Leida's "stupidity" and "lies" on Instagram, in addition to revealing Eric had allegedly been homeless and living in his car prior to moving in with her in her Wisconsin apartment.

Meanwhile, Eric had accused Tasha of failing to pay her bills, "bailing" on her mother and quitting her job against his fatherly advice. Eric also ranted about how he put up with his ex-wife's "abuses for many years too long" on social media.

The drama appeared to begin when Leida kicked Tasha out of their shared apartment, which sparked an explosive argument between the two ladies and Tasha insisting she would not attend their future wedding or remain in contact with Leida.

As shown on 90 Day Fiance's sixth season, Tasha called Leida a "psychotic b-tch," and Leida -- unabashedly willing to be dubbed the "evil stepmother" for the sake of having a better life with Eric -- was quick to exchange insults. Eric ultimately defended and sided with Leida.

In another police report filed on November 15, Eric and Leida explained they had received a lot of hate and death threats on Leida's Instagram account and needed more security at their home.

Leida subsequently revealed she and Eric will be quitting 90 Day Fiance once their contracts are up because of all the negative backlash from fans as well as TLC's alleged lack of concern and care for their safety and well-being.
