90 Day Fiance couple Shaeeda Sween and Bilal Hazziez have publicly confirmed that Shaeeda recently suffered a miscarriage with their first child together.

Shaeeda tagged Bilal in the post and shared, "We had been overjoyed to be expecting our first child together, but unfortunately, it was not meant to be at this time."
Along with her caption, Shaeeda uploaded a photo of a positive pregnancy test as well as a picture of Shaeeda and Bilal holding hands while resting in a hospital bed.
"We want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to all of the family, friends, loved ones and fans who have reached out to us with love and support during this difficult time," Shaeeda continued in her post.
"Your kind words and gestures have been a source of comfort and strength for us. While we are still grieving and processing this loss, we know that as we plan and as [God] plans, [God] is the best of planners."
Shaeeda said this experience has strengthened her marriage to Bilal, with whom she starred on 90 Day Fiance's ninth season followed by 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?'s seventh season on TLC.
"This experience has brought us closer as husband and wife, and on the bright side, we're thankful to [God] that we can get pregnant," Shaeeda wrote.
"We also take solace in knowing that we are not alone. We are grateful for the community of support that surrounds us, and we know that we will continue to lean on each other as we navigate this journey."
Shaeeda proceeded to reach out to anyone going through a similar situation.
"Know that you are not alone. We encourage you to reach out for help and support, and to take all the time you need to heal and process," Shaeeda concluded.
"Once again, we thank you all for your well wishes and kindness during this time. Your love means the world to us. Thank you from Bilal & Shaeeda."

Earlier this month, fans were speculating that Shaeeda was pregnant.
On February 3, Shaeeda posted a video of herself modeling a sleek, midi-length colorful dress underneath a trench coat.
One Instagram user commented, "I was looking haaaaard for a bump," according to In Touch Weekly.
Shaeeda reportedly replied, "I lost the bump," and added a broken-heart emoji.
The comment thread has apparently since been deleted.
Fans, however, kept talking about Shaeeda's disclosure in the comments section. Many people expressed their condolences and sympathy to Shaeeda on Instagram, and one Instagram user even wished her the best of luck in trying to conceive "a rainbow baby."
Bilal was a 43-year-old from Kansas City, MO, and Shaeeda was a 37-year-old from Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago when they starred on 90 Day Fiance in Spring 2022.

Shaeeda was pushing to have a child sooner rather than later due to her age and potential fertility issues she may face, but Bilal -- who welcomed two children in his previous marriage -- had been hoping to enjoy being Shaeeda's husband, get to know her better, and take their time expanding their family.
Shaeeda even wrote in the couple's prenuptial agreement how he must be willing to try for a baby with her.

On 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? last year, Shaeeda gave Bilal an ultimatum that they needed to try for a baby within nine months or she'd leave him.
During Part 3 of the series' Tell-All special that aired on January 15, Shaeeda revealed she and Bilal had tried to conceive "a couple times."
When asked what made him change his mind, Bilal explained how he wanted to be with Shaeeda for the rest of his life and it bothered him when Shaeeda became very emotional about the idea she may never become a mother.
However, Shaeeda then admitted she had put a stop to having unprotected sex because Bilal had been unwilling to share a bank account with her or discuss their finances. Shaeeda didn't want to have a baby with a man who didn't trust her or take her seriously as a spouse and equal partner.
Bilal promised to change and do better for his wife, and then he got down on bended knee in front of their fellow cast members.
"So I want to ask you," Bilal began. "Would you have my baby? Will you go half on a baby?"
Bilal also gifted Shaeeda a onesie that read, "If you think I'm cute you should see my mommy."
Shaeeda cried and said, "Yes." She confirmed Bilal's grand gesture made her want to have a baby with him again.
"I just hope I'll be able to be a mom and not have to wait too long," Shaeeda said in tears.

The couple then determined they would start trying right away, while they were still in New York. Shaeeda hugged and kissed her husband, saying this is all she ever wanted.
