Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino has joined his representative in denying reports that he's currently in rehab for substance abuse.

Sorrentino had previously tweeted a more ambiguous message to his Twitter followers on Tuesday night.
"Don't believe everything you read or hear," he wrote.
TMZ reported Sorrentino is in rehab for a substance abuse problem on Tuesday evening, but his representative subsequently denied the accuracy of the report.
"He is not in rehab for substance abuse. He has spent the last several weeks at an undisclosed location for much needed rest and recuperation after his extensive production and appearance schedule," Sorrentino's representative told RadarOnline.
According to a new TMZ report, Sorrentino had been showing signs of substance abuse during last summer's filming of Jersey Shore's recently-concluded fifth season.
