The Real Housewives of New York City star Jules Wainstein is divorcing her husband Michael Wainstein due to cheating allegations.

Jules' representative confirmed to People that the reality TV star plans to file for divorce because she was blindsided by the fact Michael had allegedly been unfaithful in their marriage.

"Jules and her husband have split over his infidelity," the representative told the magazine Thursday morning. "In last night's episode there were signs."

While it would make sense to assume Jules is devastated, her rep claimed that's not the case.

"Jules is doing great despite the news. She is taking care of her children and working hard on her brand, Modern Alkeme. She is a survivor and has many people around her for support," the rep explained.

Jules' The Real Housewives co-star Ramona Singer, however, suggested the opposite to E! News yesterday when news of the split broke.

"I know her heart's broken," said Singer, 59. "She's doing as well as she can in the situation and her priority -- because she is such a great mother -- are her two children."

She added, "I think Jules was totally shocked by what happened and was very disappointed and it's sad. It's just very sad. I've already spoken a number of times with her and I plan to meet with her and just be there to support her in any way I can."

Co-star Sonja Morgan also admitted on Watch What Happens Live last night she was "very surprised" by the split.

Jules, 35, and Michael, an investment banker, have been married for eight years and share two children together: son Jagger, 8, and daughter Rio, 5.

Jules made her debut on The Real Housewives of New York City when the currently-airing eighth season premiered back in April. On Wednesday night's episode, Jules reportedly complained about how Michael was always on his phone and didn't help out with the kids enough.
