The Bachelor's finale with Arie Luyendyk Jr. will reportedly be groundbreaking in more ways than one -- including producers' decision to air unedited, raw footage.

After 21 seasons and 15 years on the air, The Bachelor's two-night Season 22 finale will make history by featuring totally unedited scenes for the first time ever, Entertainment Tonight reported.

"This is an unprecedented and extremely unusual move for the franchise," a source close to production told ET.

"The show will include completely unedited scenes just as they were shot, with both cameras visible at all times to show every word and every moment of an incredibly emotional moment. It's nothing like you've seen on The Bachelor."

This change in format will allow fans to feel they're present in the moment and at the center of the drama, with no walls separating themselves from the talent and production.

In seasons past, The Bachelor airs a two-hour pre-taped finale followed by a live one-hour After the Final Rose special.

However, the conclusion of Arie's edition will air on Monday from 8-11PM ET/PT, with the After the Final Rose broadcast airing on March 6 from 8-10PM ET/PT.

The finale event will have it all -- pre-taped footage from Peru; unedited scenes; in-person interviews with Arie, Lauren Burnham and Becca Kufrin; and the announcement of the new The Bachelorette star.

Not only will Arie face Lauren and Becca after a dramatic and shocking ending, but he will also be confronted by previously-eliminated bachelorettes Tia Booth, Kendall Long, Seinne Fleming, Bekah Martinez and Caroline Lunny, according to ET.

An insider previously told ET that the women are ready to "grill" Arie about his behavior, and another source added that it's going to be "a bloodbath."

ABC recently released a promo for the finale in which a woman can be heard crying in the background and Arie tells the cameras, "I feel like a monster."

It's been widely reported that Arie dumped his winner weeks after proposing marriage to her.

But that's not all! Arie allegedly begged his runner-up to take him back days later, and now the couple are together and dating.

According to Reality Steve spoiler blogger Steve Carbone, Arie got engaged to Becca at the final Rose Ceremony filmed in Cusco, Peru in November 2017 and then broke up with her in early January 2018.

The unedited, raw footage to be shown on the finale will likely be Arie's breakup with Becca.

Arie then allegedly reconciled and reunited with Lauren in the middle of January.

While this conclusion may seem similar to former The Bachelor star Jason Mesnick's ending, Jason broke up with his winner, Melissa Rycroft, live on After the Final Rose, when he also asked his runner-up, Molly Malaney, for a second chance.
