Snooki photographed wearing apparent engagement ring in public

Snooki appears to be letting her ring finger do her talking.
While Jersey Shore star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has yet to comment on reports that she has gotten engaged to boyfriend Jionni LaValle and is pregnant with his child, the 24-year-old was photographed wearing an apparent engagement ring on Monday, People reported.
Snooki was reportedly wearing the ring while she and Jersey Shore co-star Jenni "JWoww" Farley filmed scenes for their upcoming reality show spinoff in Jersey City, NJ.
LaValle picked the alleged engagement ring out himself, a source told People.
Snooki was spotted wearing the ring hours after People had reported she and LaValle were engaged and five days after a new report that she is pregnant was published.
Reports that Snooki was expecting her first child with LaValle originally surfaced on February 1, but she and her rep had both immediately -- and repeatedly -- denied the Jersey Shore star was pregnant.
"There's no truth to the reports," her representative told MTV News later that same day.
"Does that mean they're calling me fat?" Snooki reportedly said during an interview with the Opie and Anthony radio show on February 1. "That means that I have a belly then."
"I definitely do want kids, but I'm not pregnant... being pregnant should be a real thing and a happy thing, and I'm not," she added during a separate February 2 appearance on Good Morning America.
However, according to a new New York Post report published last Wednesday, Snooki falsely denied the pregnancy and is now about three months along.
Snooki's representative declined comment when contacted by the Post, which reported the Jersey Shore star hopes "to bankroll her mommy-to-be status into becoming 'the next Kourtney Kardashian'" and has already landed a deal to announce her pregnancy on the cover of Us Weekly.
Snooki's no-comment stance has continued since the Post report was published. And in an uncharacteristic move, Us Weekly has also not reported on the now-widespread pregnancy reports on its own website.
