'Runway's Nina Garcia, Christian Siriano to appear on 'Ugly Betty'

ABC has announced Project Runway judge and Elle magazine fashion director Nina Garcia and the Bravo reality show's fourth-season champ Christian Siriano will both make a cameo appearance on Ugly Betty.

Garcia and Siriano will film their scenes for the ABC comedy in early April for an episode scheduled to air in May during the ratings sweeps period.
Garcia has served as a Project Runway judge since the show first premiered in December 2004; while Siriano, a 21-year-old from Annapolis, MD, captured the show's fourth-season crown earlier this month.
They won't be the first Project Runway personalities to appear on Ugly Betty, as fashion guru Tim Gunn appeared in an episode last February. In addition, Project Runway fourth-season celebrity guest judge Victoria Beckham also made an Ugly Betty cameo appearance earlier this season.
Ugly Betty is scheduled to return with original episodes on Thursday, April 24 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC. Casting for Project Runway's fifth season is currently underway.
