Ratings: 'Meet My Folks' premiere draws 7.4 million viewers, wins timeslot demos

Monday night's return of the NBC reality-relationship series “Meet My Folks” finished a strong #2 in its hour among adults 18-49 and grabbed the #1 position among adults, men and women 18-34.

According to updated in-home viewing figures from Nielsen Media Research, the 10:08-11 p.m. ET telecast of “Meet My Folks” (3.6 rating, 10 share among adults 18-49, 7.4 million viewers overall) improved by 9 percent on NBC’s rating in the time period on the same Monday last year. “Folks” retained 100 percent of its impressive lead-in from “For Love Or Money” among adults 18-49.

From 9-10:08 p.m. ET last night, “For Love Or Money” (3.6/10 in 18-49, 7.8 million viewers overall) ran a solid #2 in 18-49 and won the time period among adults 18-34 and women 18-34. From 9-10 p.m. ET, “For Love Or Money” beat Fox’s premiere of “Anything For Love” by 25 percent among adults 18-49 (3.5/10 vs. 2.8/8) and by 1.8 million viewers overall.
