"It's a little boy," Roger Berman, Zoe's husband of 12 years and reality show co-star, later confirmed.
After denying reports that she was pregnant earlier in the fall, Zoe had finally confirmed she and Berman were expecting their first child in November.
"Hey everyone! I want to officially confirm to my loyal friends and followers that I am pregnant!" she told her followers on Twitter.
Zoe and Berman had quarreled about whether to have a child throughout last summer's broadcasts of The Rachel Zoe Project's third season, with Zoe expressing hesitancy about the idea.
Zoe's pregnancy will be a major part of the reality show's fourth season, which is currently in production, according to Women's Wear Daily.
