The CW has announced that it plans to air three reality series --a second season of Pussycat Dolls Present's, as well as previously announced new shows Farmer Wants a Wife and Crowned: The Mother of All Pageants -- as part of the network's 2007-2008 midseason programming lineup.

Farmer Wants a Wife, a new Outback Jack-like reality dating series that will see if women who live the city-life can find love down on the farm, was previously announced by The CW in early May.  The eight-episode series will follow 10 women who are sick of city-slickers and will instead try their hand at love with a good ole' country boy, vying for the bachelor's attention via a series of challenges such as driving a tractor and taking care of large farm animals.

Produced by FreemantleMedia North America, Farmer Wants a Wife will be executive produced by Cecile Frot-Coutaz and Super Delicious' Adam Cohen, Cara Tapper and Joanna Vernetti.

Crowned: The Mother of All Pageants, a new reality series that will require mothers and daughters to work together to win a beauty pageant, was also previously announced by The CW.  The eight-episode series will follow mother and daughter teams from across the country as they participate in a variety of beauty pageant-themed challenges in an effort to win a prize package that includes a $100,000 cash award, representation to appear at charity events across the country and a pair of tiaras.

The CW began casting the mother/daughter teams in late February, and those who make it to the series will be judged by soon-to-be-former Queer Eye star Carson Kressley; former Miss U.S.A., Meet the Barkers co-star, and Dancing with the Stars celebrity participant Shanna Moakler; and television personality Cynthia Garrett.  Crowned was created by Laurie Girion, who will also executive produce the series, and is a production of Fox Television Studios.

Pussycat Dolls Present, which aired its first edition this spring, will return for a second season as part of The CW's midseason schedule.

While it's first season had the longwinded title of Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll, The CW has shortened the show's title to Pussycat Dolls Present for its second season.  With the Pussycat Dolls all-female dance troupe/singing group already featuring seven members -- including the show's first season winner Asia Nitollano -- the litter box may be a bit crowded for another member, meaning the show's format could be tweaked by The CW for its second installment.

In addition to The CW announcing Pussycat Dolls Present, Crowned and Farmer Wants a Wife will all air as part of its 2007-2008 midseason programing lineup, the network also announced new installments of both America's Next Top Model and Beauty and the Geek will air as part of the network's Fall 2007 primetime programming schedule.
