My Shopping Addiction will feature a variety of personalities all dealing with a similar shopping obsession that leads them into big financial trouble. During each hour-long episode, two different shopping addicts will seek help from a clinical psychologist, who will try to get them back on track and in control.

The show's debut episode will highlight Heather, who could potentially become broke in five years after she inherited a large sum of money from her grandmother 10 years ago but managed to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars shopping.

The premiere will also focus on Roshanda, who borrows money from friends and family just to fill up her house with 99-cent store products. Psychologists Dr. Romani and Dr. David Tolin will step in to assist these women in curing their addictions.

Future My Shopping Addiction episodes will also feature an heiress who spends an average of $30,000 per month along with a woman who won't settle for anything less than designer labels.

My Shopping Addiction is being produced by Screaming Flea Productions with Matt Chan, Jodi Flynn and Jeff Kuntz serving as executive producers.
