'Newlyweds' Nick Lachey wants Jessica Simpson to give gifts back

"Newlyweds" Nick Lachey wants all the gifts back that he gave co-star and estranged wife Jessica Simpson Lachey during their three-year marriage.

Lachey made the request in addition to seeking spousal support from Simpson, who objects to that proposal and wants to restore her name to Jessica Simpson, Entertainment Tonight reported based on court documents.
Simpson filed for divorce in December, citing "irreconcilable differences."
The couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement. Under California law, Lachey could be entitled to half of Simpson's earnings, which reportedly totaled $35 million last year.
