Mariah Carey stays atop singles chart, Bo Bice debut drops to fifth

Mariah Carey's "We Belong Together" retained its No. 1 ranking on Billboard's Hot 100 for a second week in a row.

Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl" rebounded from fourth to second spot, while the Black Eyed Peas' "Don't Phunk With My Heart" rose from fifth to the third spot.
"American Idol" runner-up Bo Bice's "Inside Your Heaven" fell from No. 2 to No. 5.
The top debut on the Hot 100 chart at No. 33 was Jessica Simpson's version of "These Boots Were Made For Walkin'," a tune originally popularized by Nancy Sinatra in 1966.
On the Adult Contemporary airplay roundup, Kelly Clarkson's "Breakaway" refuses to budge, holding onto the No. 1 post for a 19th straight week.
Rascal Flatts' "Fast Cars and Freedom" is No. 1 for a third week on Billboard's Hot Country Songs list. Seether's "Remedy" leads the Mainstream Rock airplay list for a fourth week and Foo Fighters' "Best of You" is in front of the Modern Rock airplay chart for a second week.
