The 17-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and her mother Kris Jenner have been slapped with a lawsuit by a woman from Los Angeles who claims she had sustained internal and external injuries from a collision allegedly caused by Kylie rear-ending her car last year, E! News reported.

Kylie, Kris and Karina Alvarez are reportedly being sued for damages by Alida Griselie Palma Rivera for negligence, an "unsafe speed" and other causes of action.

The traffic accident occurred on a residential street in Calabasas, CA, and according to Rivera, the girls hit her with Kris' Mercedes Benz G Class SUV that Kylie had been driving two weeks after passing her driving test, the website reported.

In the court documents, Rivera reportedly claims Kylie couldn't initiate a safe stop at an intersection because of the high speed she was driving. Kris is apparently involved in the case because the car is registered in her name and she allowed Kylie to take control of the vehicle in such a manner.
