The Kardashian and Jenner clans will continue to shoot Keeping Up with the Kardashians and Bruce and Kris' separation will be a major storyline in the show's upcoming ninth season, TMZ reported.

Sources told the website on Tuesday that Bruce filmed scenes for the reality TV show with his daughters Kendall Jenner, 17, and Kylie Jenner, 16, after officially announcing his separation from Kris.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians is currently airing its eighth season, which premiered on E! in early June. The next season of the series will reportedly document Bruce and Kris living separately yet often gathering for family events. According to TMZ, the family is well aware they can make the most money when together.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kris' son Rob Kardashian -- whom Bruce has been an active stepfather to -- offered up his opinion on their split.

"[Bruce has] been in my life since I was two-years-old and that will never change and same obviously with my mom... same with my sisters, there's no bad blood," Rob told ET. "Even between my mom and Bruce there's no negative, bad blood. I don't think they can be in a happier place right now."
