Katharine McPhee is apparently dating a married man while still married to husband Nick Cokas.

McPhee, 29, and Morris were recently photographed making out in public in Los Angeles.
While McPhee is still technically married to Cokas, 47, Morris is reportedly also married to actress Mary McCormack and they have three daughters together -- with the youngest being two-years-old and the eldest nine. The couple has been married since July 2003 although the current state of their relationship remains uncertain.
According to Life & Style, however, McPhee and her husband of five years separated six months ago although he's continued to co-manage her music. She and Cokas wed in 2008.
McPhee competed on American Idol in 2006 and lost to fifth-season winner Taylor Hicks. She made her acting debut in 2008 in The House Bunny, a comedy film starring Anna Faris.
