John O'Hurley wins ABC's 'Dancing With the Stars' dance-off

Unless ABC decides its dance-off needs a dance-off, Kelly Monoco has been dethroned in the rematch against John O'Hurley in "Dancing With the Stars."

The network put the two back into competition after an outcry at the end of last season's "Dancing With the Stars," with critics and viewers alike wondering whether ABC "General Hospital" star Monoco won because of her affiliation with the network rather than her dancing ability.
Producers brought back Monoco and O'Hurley with their professional dance partners earlier this week and had the pair go head-to-head with the winner decided soley on public votes.
Without giving the exact vote totals, host Tom Bergeron announced Thursday night that former "Seinfeld" star O'Hurley beat the reigning champ by 1 percent of the "millions" of votes cast.
