Jill Zarin is reportedly in talks to get her own reality show after being dropped from The Real Housewives of New York City.

Tentatively titled The Beverly Jillbillies, the new show would follow Zarin as she moves from New York to Los Angeles, The Hollywood Reporter reported Wednesday.

Bravo decided to drop Zarin and fellow former Housewives Alex McCord, Kelly Bensimon and Cindy Barshop from The Real Housewives of New York City and replace them with Carole Radziwill, Heather Thomson and Aviva Drescher for the show's upcoming fifth season last fall.

Zarin said Bravo executive and Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen phoned her immediately after she learned she would not be returning to The Real Housewives of New York City and told her the network envisioned the show becoming more lighthearted.

"He said they wanted the series to go in a different direction and that last season ended very dark -- which I find ironic because they could have controlled that. I filmed many happy scenes that the network canned," Zarin told The Reporter.
