Jack Osbourne told People.com he has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, a disease affecting the central nervous system.
"I was just angry and frustrated and kept thinking, 'Why now?'" the British reality TV personality, 26, revealed to the magazine Sunday.
"I've got a family and that's what's supposed to be the most important thing."
Osbourne is the son of rocker Ozzy Osbourne and "The Talk" co-host Sharon Osbourne.
He and his fiancee, actress Lisa Stelly, became first-time parents to a daughter, Pearl Clementine, in April.
