Hailey Glassman was deposed on Monday in TLC's breach of contract lawsuit against former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star Jon Gosselin, and her assessment of her ex-boyfriend was apparently anything but glowing.

"He became a monster. He's master manipulator and a compulsive liar," she told RadarOnline after the deposition.

"I just want this all to be over. I want him out of my life. I want my family to come back together. I feel like I've been in crazy land, in a tank of piranhas."

TLC filed the lawsuit against Gosselin in October and has accused him of committing "numerous breaches" of the exclusivity clause and violating several other provisions of the April 2008 Jon & Kate Plus 8 contract the family had most recently signed with the network.

During the deposition -- for which RadarOnline reported Gosselin surprisingly did not have a lawyer present -- Glassman told TLC's legal team that she and Gosselin never discussed business deals outside of the potential children's clothing line he was reportedly working on with Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier this summer.

"Jon and I, we really don't discuss business. He said that Christian was interested in doing a clothing line with him and that's the end of it," she told RadarOnline.

"Anyone with a brain can guess that he did stuff outside his contract. He couldn't do anything without TLC's approval, we all know that. But he didn't discuss business deals with me."

In addition, Glassman stated the one business deal she did have with Gosselin and his representatives was for an interview with a "major entertainment television show" -- presumably her appearances on Entertainment Tonight and its The Insider sister program earlier this fall -- and it didn't work out how she had hoped.

"[Jon's manager] Michael Heller came to me to do the interview and I said that the only way I would do it was if I could be honest and bare my soul. So we did the interview," she told RadarOnline.

"Then when the check came, Michael wouldn't give it to me because he said that Jon owed his father [attorney Mark Heller] money and he wanted me to sign my check over to Jon. It was the most ridiculous thing in the world. To this day, Mike Heller has my check from October."

Glassman and Gosselin began dating this summer -- only a few weeks after he and Kate Gosselin filed for divorce and publicly announced their separation during a Jon & Kate Plus 8 broadcast.

While the couple decided to "take a break" in October, Glassman said the relationship is now officially over.

"We are not together. But it's complicated. We're still living together but he's away traveling," she told RadarOnline.  "To this day, he still tells me he loves me."

Glassman added her major gripe with Gosselin is that he continues to claim he never had a sexual relationship with former Star magazine reporter Kate Major.

Major was assigned to cover Gosselin as a Star reporter but later claimed to be dating him after the two were photographed having dinner together in New York City and spending time at friend Michael Lohan's Hamptons home this summer.

She subsequently resigned from Star, citing the relationship as a conflict of interest -- however Gosselin has repeatedly denied the two were ever romantically involved.

"I was told under oath that Jon really did sleep with Kate Major," Glassman told RadarOnline. "I'm mind boggled and hurt by it. And he still lies to me about it and denies it to this day."

According to Glassman, she was originally told Gosselin was going to pretend to have a relationship with Major.

"Back in June, Jon came to me and said he had a friend who felt horrible for me and wanted to do a ‘defending Hailey’ article," she told RadarOnline.

"I think back now and say to myself, 'Hailey, you should have been smarter.' I mean they told me, 'Kate Major is going to pretend to be Jon’s girlfriend so they can take the heat off of you,' and I was like, 'great! Ok, thank you!'"

While Glassman said she initially believed Gosselin's claim that he was never romantically involved with Major, she described photographs of him with her as the "ultimate betrayal."

"He still says he never had sex with any of them," Glassman told RadarOnline, as Gosselin family nanny Stephanie Santoro has also alleged that she had sex with him on numerous occasions.

"It's just lies. It's still hurtful. I just feel like the joke's been on me. I feel like someone who I gave my heart to constantly lies and cheated on me."

Glassman described the current state of her life as a "nightmare" and blames it on Gosselin.

"I'm not on speaking terms with my mother because of Jon. He's thrown a huge fork in my family. That's the saddest part about all of this," she told RadarOnline.

"When all the cheating accusations came out I'd catch him lying, he'd call my mother and tell her 'I love Hailey, I would never cheat on her. Those other girls are whores and they're trying to extort money from me.' At that point I would break up with Jon and tell him to leave me alone. My mom would then come to me and say, 'Jon's a great guy.' He would manipulate my mother because he knew my mother and I were best friends. He would manipulate my mother to get back to me and I would forgive him."

Glassman said she thinks Gosselin "needs help."

"He doesn't love himself, and he needs to relearn to love Jon before he even has friendships," she told RadarOnline. "I told him I'd be a friend to him, but he's a horrible friend to me. He needs to relearn how to be a good person."

Major and Lohan were deposed earlier this month in TLC's lawsuit against Gosselin.

Gosselin has filed a $5 million counterclaim lawsuit against the network -- claiming TLC hindered his ability to make money by preventing him from working with other media outlets due to an exclusivity clause in his contract with the network.

A preliminary hearing on the two lawsuits will be held on December 10 and address the matter of whether Gosselin's contract should be made public and if TLC's contract can legally prevent him from other jobs in television.

The case is currently scheduled to go to trial on April 19.
