"[Tristan] helped [by] wearing me out," Knight told reporters following her elimination from Dancing with the Stars Tuesday night, according to People.
The singer -- who apparently started her weight-loss journey just prior to partnering up with MacManus for the show -- said she slimmed down with the help of Freshology's Getslim with the Stars program.
"You've got to eat healthy and you've got to put a little movement into it," Knight explained, adding her breakfasts during the season consisted of PowerBars, protein drinks and fruit.
Although her time onDancing with the Stars has come to an end, Knight claimed her dancing diet has just begun.
"I'm going to keep Tristan. He can come over and work me out," Knight said, according toUs Weekly. "I will keep dancing. I really love it!"
