Only a month after being sentenced to two months in jail for the alleged beating of two men while intoxicated, the 20-year-old was arrested again early Sunday morning in Seattle and booked on charges of assault and criminal trespassing, People reported Monday on its website.

According to the incident report, officers responded to a disturbance at a Marriott hotel where a security guard claimed two guests had been wrestling in the lobby.  After issuing warnings to stop, the guard reportedly accused Wahler of punching him in the mouth before being restrained by a friend.  Wahler then allegedly fled the hotel, only to return "a short time later" when police found him passed out in a third-floor hallway "smelling strongly of alcohol."

When officers woke Wahler up and arrested him, People reported he became "belligerent and hostile," shouting racist and homophobic slurs at one of the officers, allegedly telling him, "Come down to L.A. County and get your ass kicked!"  According to The Associated Press, Officer C. DePina claimed, "Wahler stated he was rich and would have my ass.  Wahler made vague threats to assault officers."  People reported Wahler was booked and released after posting $1,140 bail.  The AP reported the city attorney's office has 20 days to file charges according to spokeswoman Ruth Bowman.

Last September, Wahler reportedly punched a tow-truck driver as well as a Los Angeles city employee and again was accused of using racial slurs against two of the victims who are African-American. He pleaded no contest to one count of battery and received a two-month jail sentence and was also required to attend a one-day program at the Museum of Tolerance.

Not even a week before he was sentenced, Wahler was arrested again in Greenville, NC for underage drinking and resisting a public officer during a raid at a local nightclub.
