The 1805 home is where Stewart started her first catering business 25 years ago, realtor Susan Warburg told the Wall Street Journal.

The home has three bedrooms, a heated pool, orchard and "party barn," the newspaper said.

Stewart, 64, has been selling off her properties and plans to make her 153 acre Katonah, N.Y., estate her main home.
