The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 stars are due in Pennsylvania court on May 25 for a hearing on Jon's motion for primary physical custody of their eight kids, The Associated Press reported Tuesday.

In Jon's filing last week, he also requested a judge review the current child support arrangement -- claiming an arbitrator in the couple's divorce filing "failed to take into consideration the numerous factors provided for by the law in Pennsylvania."

Jon currently pays $21,700 of monthly child support to Kate -- who, similar to the rest of the show's cast, is reportedly making a minimum of $200,000 for her current Dancing with the Stars participation.

Earlier this week, Kate's lawyer objected to Jon's filing for primary physical custody and child support due to "numerous procedural defects" as well as a failure to "conform to law or rule of court" and asked a judge to dismiss the request because of it.

Jon and Kate's divorce was finalized in December, ending their 10-year marriage.
