A Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner has barred Paris Hilton from coming within 100 yards of event planner Brian Quintana for three years.

Under an agreement reached between attorneys, the only exception is when they are at the same party, in which case "The Simple Life" star must stay 25 feet away from her boyfriend's friend, E! Online reported Wednesday.

In seeking a temporary restraining order last month, Quintana testified Hilton threatened him after overhearing his warning to her boyfriend Stavros Niarchos that she had herpes, E! said.

"I wanted him to be aware of it ... to make sure he didn't catch anything," Quintana testified.

He said a furious Hilton interrupted the conversation and said, "If this gets out you're a (expletive) dead man."

Quintana also testified she had a drug problem and he feared for his safety.

A Hilton rep denied Quintana's allegations, saying the hotel heiress does not have herpes nor does she have a drug problem, Court TV reported.
