The finale broadcast of the CBS reality competition series' fifteenth installment will immediately be followed by Survivor: China's live one-hour reunion special at 10PM ET (PT tape-delayed), which will mark the first time the show's 16 castaways will be together since filming the show over the summer.  Survivor host Jeff Probst will helm the reunion show, which will take place at the network's CBS Television City studios in Los Angeles.

Similar to Survivor's last two finale broadcasts -- Fall 2006's Survivor: Cook Islands and Spring 2007's Survivor: Fiji --  Survivor: China will feature a jury of former castaways awarding the show's $1 million grand prize and title of "Ultimate Survivor" to one of the competition's three remaining finalists.

However unlike the finale broadcasts of Cook Islands and Fiji -- both of which began with five remaining castaways -- Survivor: China's finale broadcast will begin with four castaways still in the running to win the competition's grand prize.

Survivor: China will be the tenth-straight Survivor edition to feature a Sunday evening finale. The last Survivor edition to feature a Thursday evening three-hour finale broadcast was Survivor: Thailand on December 19, 2002.

Survivor: China premiered on September 20 and has averaged 14.4 million total viewers; a 4.7/13 rating/share in the Adults 18-49 demographic; as well as a 5.9/15 rating/share among Adults 25-54 in its Thursdays at 8PM ET/PT time period.
