A judge issued a bench warrant for The Real Housewives of Orange County star and her husband Frank on Monday after the couple failed to appear for a scheduled hearing, TMZ reported.

Curtin and her husband were due to appear in the Riverside, CA courtroom to answer questions stemming from a $1.2 million judgement they were previously ordered to pay to a former business partner, according to TMZ, which added the couple was a no-show.

Curtin has been a The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member since the Bravo reality show's fourth season.

It's fifth season premiered last month and included Curtin facing a possible eviction from her home -- which subsequently came to fruition in August.
