Rozlyn Papa has decided to take legal action against those responsible for alleging she appeared in a sex tape.

The former The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love bachelorette filed a $1 million lawsuit on Wednesday against several websites and self-described "sex tape broker" Kevin Blatt for falsely identifying her as starring in the pornographic footage, RadarOnline reported Thursday.

Papa claims the allegations that she was featured in the footage have caused her mental anguish, lost revenues and a damaged reputation, according to RadarOnline.

In addition, the lawsuit states that defendants made no attempt to stop stating it was her in the tape even after porn actor and director Lexington Steele stated the alleged sex tape wasn't an amateur sex tape at all.

Dubbed Pole Position Lex POV #1, the porn film was produced in June 2004 and released by Steele's Mercenary Pictures company.

Blatt told RadarOnline he was speaking to his attorney and had no comment.

Papa's representative had previously stated she had "no knowledge of any tape" when reports that a sex tape featuring a woman who was "definitely Papa" was being shopped to porn companies had first surfaced.
Later, it was reported that "multiple" sex tapes starring Papa were actually being shopped.

Papa was removed from The Bachelor's fourteenth season prior to its second Rose Ceremony after host Chris Harrison confronted her about an alleged "inappropriate relationship" she had with producer Ryan Callahan, who was fired.

Papa has maintained her relationship with Callahan was not sexual nor even romantic and directly denied new accusations that she engaged in an inappropriate relationship with the former producer during the season's The Women Tell All bachelorette reunion special.

According to her lawsuit, Papa has been approached to appear on other reality shows since her The Bachelor booting.
