Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum apparently don't want to wait too long to welcome a baby into their family.

The newlyweds, who got married in December after falling in love and getting engaged on The Bachelorette's seventh season, are ready to start having children once Hebert finishes her dentistry residency in June 2014.

"Anytime after that June is fair game," Rosenbaum told Life & Style.

"So June 1!" chimed in Hebert.

While the couple has decided on when they'd like to have a baby, they still haven't agreed on how many kids they'd like to have.

"I want one [child]," Hebert told the magazine.

"We're having two kids. She's putting up a fight now, but she'll go for two!" Rosenbaum subsequently joked.

Hebert apparently hopes to have a little girl so they can play dress-up, while Rosenbaum wants a boy.

The pair may be at odds about a few important things in their relationship, but they seem to know exactly how to make things work.

"It's commitment, friendship, trust -- it's all of the things a normal relationship would have," Rosenbaum explained.

Added Hebert, "So many times we'll be sitting down watching TV and we'll look at each other and say, 'We met on a TV show.' It doesn't feel like that. We can't even believe that's how we met."
