'Apprentice' star Martha Stewart releasing Christmas music album

Martha Stewart is further expanding her media empire by moving into the music industry.

"Martha Stewart Living Music: The Holiday Collection" is coming out Oct. 18 on Epic Records, People magazine reported Tuesday.
The three-disc boxed set, retailing at $40, includes not only 18 traditional Christmas songs chosen by Stewart but also 30 recipe cards, decorating tips and craft ideas.
"Great music is an important part of living, especially during the holidays. Family activities such as gift wrapping, baking, cooking, and entertaining are enlivened with beautiful songs, traditional carols, fantastic vocalists, and famous musical renditions," Stewart said in a statement.
