ABC's 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' accepting applications

Does your home need some attention? Do you have a compelling story? If so ABC might be interested in having your home and family star in an upcoming episode of their new Extreme Makeover: Home Edition series.

Click here to obtain a copy of the mail-in application from ABC.com. In addition to completing the application form, all applications must includes photos and/or videos of the home and family. If selected to appear on the program, participants need to be available to leave at a moments notice for seven days for the makeover process.

The Extreme Makeover: Home Edition application utilizes a rolling application process, meaning that there is no current application deadline and applicants might be contacted at any time in the future.
