ABC's Bachelor 'Aaron and Helene Tell All' special draws 13.5mil viewers, pulls viewers from CBS' 'Survivor'

A follow-up special to the most recent edition of "The Bachelor" was a big draw for ABC from 8:00-9:00 p.m. "The Bachelor: Aaron and Helene Tell All" generated ABC's strongest viewer and young adult delivery in over 2 years with entertainment programming in the hour (13.5 million viewers & 5.8/14 in Adults 18-49) - since 12/7/00 and 11/16/00, respectively.

Although CBS' "Survivor: The Amazon" still by far won the reality showdown with it's 11.4/17 ratings and 20.34 million viewers, the series' ratings were actually down from the 23.26 million viewers that it drew the previous week.

Looking back across all programming, ABC special pulled the in ABC's highest Women 18-34 rating (8.3/19) in the hour in at least 11-1/2 years - since at least September of 1991. "The Bachelor" follow-up topped the first hour of Fox's Michael Jackson special in both viewers and young adults (13.4 million viewers & 5.7/14 in Adults 18-49).
