"Two good things have come out of this show: 1. The professional footage of my son's birth," Emily wrote in her Instagram Stories, according to a screenshot of her post obtained by 90 Day Fiance Instagrammer John Yates on Wednesday.

"2. The realization that I need to start caring for my postpartum body. Dr. and Chiro appointments have been made."

Emily, a 29-year-old from Portland, OR, is currently starring on 90 Day Fiance's seventh season with Sasha, a 32-year-old from Moscow, Russia.

Emily's Facebook page indicates she and Sasha started dating in Russia in June 2016, given the first photo of them looking like a couple on social media was posted on September 2016.

Emily held down a job in Russia after finishing college, and Sasha got her pregnant after the pair dated for about two years. The pair later got engaged on February 27, 2017, according to what she shared on Facebook.

Emily gave birth to her son, David, with Sasha by her side in a Russian hospital via Caesarean section because the baby was not positioned correctly to be delivered the natural way.

Much of Emily's labor was documented on 90 Day Fiance, and cameras captured footage of her screaming and moaning in pain and fear.

John even joked when he shared the screenshot of Emily's post, "I had nightmares where I woke up in cold sweats screaming for a solid week after I watched @emily.larina's super intense labor scene. #90DayFiance."

Not only was Emily in a foreign country delivering a child without any of her family members around, but most of the doctors and nurses didn't even speak English.

However, Emily safely welcomed David into the world in November 2018, and she thought he was "perfect" at first sight. Sasha even cried because he was overwhelmed with emotion when looking at his "beautiful" son.

But Emily conducted a Q&A session with her Instagram followers on Thursday, January 23 and admitted she's not in a rush to have any more children after what her first pregnancy had done to her body. (And she wasn't referring to typical pregnancy weight gain).

"I'm not sure [if I want more kids]," Emily wrote. "This child almost destroyed my SI [sacroiliac] joint and right hip. I might consider having another one after 2023."

About six months after Emily gave birth to David, 90 Day Fiance showed her family moving to the United States after Sasha's K-1 visa was approved.

Emily and Sasha have since been shown settling into their new life, with Emily trying to secure a job and find a place for her family to live.

Emily and Sasha crashed at her sister Betsy's place until they could find a suitable apartment for themselves, but Emily in the latest episode their savings were quickly depleting.

Emily, however, looked forward to marrying Sasha, and she ended up picking out a beautiful lace wedding gown for the intimate occasion.

"I am happy for you. I'm just nervous," Betsy told the bride-to-be, adding that Emily didn't always make the most sounds decisions. "I think you have the right dress. I just hope you've got the right groom."
